@cesarm Thanks for sharing! I am all about alternative channels of therapy (as the host mentioned, a therapist can only see so many patients in one day - there has to be a better way!!) I’ve never heard of Woebot so this was really interesting to me.

The world would be a happier and healthier place if everybody had a good therapist. Accessible therapy channels like Woebot is a good start. LOVE that Esther Perel was a surprise guest. 21 Cups is a mobile app where a real therapist is on the other end. Not sure if I would seek out an AI therapist ...Show More
