Overtourism is obviously a problem, in Bali and elsewhere, but I’m not sure it “created” babi guling (for those of a carnivorous persuasion, slow spit-roasted pig kind of writes itself) Nevertheless, a mouthwatering diversion exploring the current popularity of this dish.
