First time I listened to one of these episodes in an attempt to use an “adult bedtime story” to fall asleep. Not going to lie, it was a little strange but hey - I fell asleep! So it did the job 👌🏼 please tag me in other podcasts made just for sleep

@aliceko First listen of this guy was really weird, but as you say it works. Went through a stretch of sleepless anxiety and got to know his schtick better and really appreciate what he does. Lots going on that seems like an oddball muttering his "sleepy dulcet tones". OH! I love the opening line,...Show More
