So sad to hear that the Guardian Book podcast has been discontinued. At its best, it was truly thought provoking. I particularly loved some of the older ones that are too old to still be able to link to them from Apple iTunes. You can still find them on the guardian.com/books/series/books webpage for the podcast. I will list here some of my favourites that I can’t link below. Penelope Lively: The Books that Made Me (27 August 2010). Stories about Water (15 March 2013) Memoirs of Fathers and Mother’s (10 May 2013). Comics and Graphic Fiction (1 November 2013) The Old Ways: travel writer Robert Macfarlane discusses exploring ancient paths that crisscross the globe (24 October 2015). Writing Nature (24 April 2015). or ones that explored literature from other countries that is rarely translated into English (15 April 2016 - Reading the Globe). Libraries - The Inside Story - one of my all time favourite podcast episodes of any podcast. (1 May 2015).
