Didn’t know too much about Charles Koch but usually a hot button topic. Smart guy, lots of good ideas and takeaways. Keep an open mind...

Ok, maybe I'll try again on this one despite @danny's earlier review! I find Ferriss' shows are such a big investment of time. They're as long as a full feature movie!

@mm it wasn’t great but worth listening to for me because I haven’t heard Koch much. Good for 1.5x speed during a commute.

@timbrennan Same here, but I’m sure it’s tough to get them to interviews too and that’s why we don’t hear from them lots. They seem so mysterious and private despite their wide influence. I can’t do 1.5x speed! I’m worried everyone will sound like chipmunks — even Koch! 🙈

This was a very odd Ferris interview, surprised he had Koch based on the controversy it would cause and even more surprised Koch had pretty generic advice like: create value for your company and charge based on that 🤷🏾♂️.

@danny Thanks. You just saved me 2hrs.

@pannndemonium tbh I was mostly bored 🤪. I didnt make it to the very end of the interview but I didnt hear any hard hitting questions or much advice over the first hour.

Interesting to hear one of the most powerful person in the world express his views. Really disappointed that Tim Ferris didn't dare challenge Charles Koch about Koch industries involvement with and funding of climate change denial

Maybe this episode about the Kochs that @pannndemonium found might be more interesting... https://podyssey.fm/episode/id3813078-The-'Secret-History'-Of-Koch-Industries-Fresh-Air

Interesting in terms of getting into their political influence.
dannyAug 18th, 2019
@mm it definitely paints a much more sinister picture of Koch Industries.
