@jctrevino One thing I've always thought about is whether there's a way to design Terms of Services so that they could be easily understood by laymen, similar to how FB redesigned their privacy checkups.

Tumblr does it good job at this, their terms have a tldr after each sub-section: https://www.tumblr.com/policy/en/terms-of-service. Its a good first step, but regulation seems important too, evil companies will do evil things.
